Casting into molds

There are different types of plaster. That used for the production of gypsum is alabaster statues.
The preparation of the mixture occurs by mixing gypsum powder with water in a bowl.
Once ready the mixture will start the first phase, or leaking. The still liquid plaster is cast in special molds. These molds, as is customary for the figurine are grown. Each statuette has its own methodology to create the molds, which are usually silicone or latex.
Gypsum after twenty minutes ago and taking the piece can be removed from the mold, however paying attention not to damage the more fragile parts. Finally the piece is placed in an oven to remove water that have within themselves.
